A Little Bit About Me
My name is Veronica Hebert. I was born in Louisiana, but now reside in Alabama. I had a bone cancer called chondrosarcoma when I was just 13-years-old. It was removed right before my 14th birthday with a very extensive surgery. I have spent the last almost 8 years in constant pain due to not only the cancer, but problems that took place from the surgeries and also other medical problems. I am starting this blog in hopes to share my story and also to be a light for others in similar situations. It is extremely difficult living as a young adult with disabilities, but it is not always a bad thing.
